How it works

Three simple
steps.

01

Phone assessment & scheduling

A few basic questions gather the information needed about the problem that concerns you. We confirm whether home physiotherapy is the right solution for you and schedule the first appointment, on a day and time that suits you.

02

First visit & clinical assessment

The first session includes a detailed clinical and functional assessment. Treatment starts from that very first session, while we shape a clear, individual rehabilitation plan.

03

Treatment programme design

Based on the findings of the assessment, an individual physiotherapy plan is formed. We set the days and times of the sessions. You are also given guidance with targeted exercises for the days in between, with clear instructions for performing them correctly and safely.

Following sessions are scheduled according to the needs and the progress of each patient. The frequency of appointments is set individually and can be adjusted to the response to treatment and the course of the rehabilitation.

Services

Session
categories.

01

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Effective treatment of acute and chronic pain (lower back, neck, shoulder, knee). A combination of specialised manual therapy techniques, modern physical modalities and targeted therapeutic exercise.

02

Post-operative rehabilitation

Specialised rehabilitation protocols for total joint replacement (hip/knee), arthroscopies, fractures and tears of ligaments or menisci. Immediate start from day one after leaving hospital, in close cooperation with your surgeon.

03

Neurological rehabilitation

Specialised care after a stroke or for the management of Parkinson's disease. The aim is a clear improvement in walking, balance and functional independence in the familiar environment of the home.

04

Therapeutic exercise & strengthening

Individual exercise programmes under constant professional supervision, fully adapted to the space available to you.

05

Respiratory physiotherapy

Specialised airway clearance techniques and breathing re-education for bedbound patients or people after prolonged hospitalisation.

06

Fall prevention & safety at home

Targeted balance programmes for older adults, combined with an assessment of the home to spot hazards and provide practical corrective suggestions.

The method

Four stages,
measured range.

At every session we assess progress and, where needed, we adjust the treatment programme so that it stays suitable for the particular stage of the rehabilitation.

30°

Assessment

History, clinical examination and functional testing in your own space. We end with a working diagnosis and a realistic timeline.

70°

Relief

Reducing pain and swelling with manual techniques and physical modalities, so active rehabilitation can start immediately.

120°

Strengthening

Progressive loading and movement control. This is where the tissue capacity that prevents relapse is built.

180°

Independence

Return to daily life with a maintenance programme and clear checkpoints for the months ahead.

“Rehabilitation is a partnership”

My name is Konstantinos Anastasopoulos and I am a physiotherapist specialising in rehabilitation. My therapeutic philosophy focuses on individual care and on applying evidence-based methods, aiming at real relief from pain, the restoration of movement and a better quality of life for the people I treat.

I completed my undergraduate studies in physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and then earned my master's degree (MSc in Rehabilitation) from Oxford Brookes University.

Through my clinical career in specialised rehabilitation centres and hospital settings (such as the Interbalkan Medical Center, Euvexia and Arogi), I have managed a wide range of cases — from acute musculoskeletal injuries to complex neurological and post-operative conditions.

Guided by continuous scientific development, I combine the latest findings of clinical research with manual therapy techniques, Clinical Pilates and targeted therapeutic exercise, offering a safe and fully adapted treatment plan for the greatest possible functional independence.
